The Clothespin

Francesco Consolaro starts in Arzignano the company Brevetti Angela for blow moulding of plastic materials. The first patent developed is for the moulding of a clothespin.

1980s

Patenting

The company progressively turns toward the pharmaceutical world, designing and patenting technological solutions in compliance with the strict sector regulations.

1986

The Blow-Fill-Seal

Brevetti Angela presents SYFPAC®, the first and only Blow Fill Seal system developed and produced in Italy, able to process both PP and PE.

1990s

SYFPAC®

The success of SYFPAC® grows internationally, thanks to its strong and functional design and to its high efficiency.

1999

Syringes

Brevetti Angela launches the first SYFPAC® machine in the world for production of pre-filled syringes with Blow Fill Seal technology.

2000s

ECO Head

Innovation continues with the definition of several patents aimed at reducing production costs, first of all the original ECO head.

2004

SECUREJECT®

Brevetti Angela presents a new generation of SYFPAC® machines for syringes, finally called SECUREJECT®.

2010s

Vaccine Packaging

Brevetti Angela perfects the management of thermosensitive solutions in the Blow FIll Seal process, opening the way to the packaging of vaccines.

2018

SYFPAC® SVP TWIN

SYFPAC® SVP TWIN is born: a double mould system which increases production by 60%.

2021

3CK

3CK company joins Brevetti Angela for development and production of prefilled and prefillable syringes. The first design is the O-Flow injection device.

2024

SYFPAC® DUO

Brevetti Angela presents SYFPAC® DUO: a groundbreaking Blow FIll Seal machine on Closed Parison, capable of the highest output on the tiniest footprint.

2025

3CK and SYFPAC® DUO join forces for production of C-PAD device, a special prefilled syringe made on closed parison Blow Fill Seal.
